amend the Americans With Disabilities act to assure that all medication is available to all citizens who would benefit.

Created by R.C. on November 20, 2013

22 American States allow Medical Marijuana. Because of legal prohibition, no serious studies have been completed proving medical benefits in the United States. However, these studies have been conducted in other countries and have been peer reviewed. In addition, personal experience and testimony have proven the medical benefits exist. Because medical marijuana is available in some states but not in others, it becomes a civil rights and ADA issue, because citizens in states where it is not legal are being denied legal access to medication. This petition states that people in non-medical marijuana states should be able to obtain a card where it is legal, register with certain dispensaries, and then be able to obtain medication like pharmaceuticals are dispersed through the mail.
