Amend the Animal Crush Prohibition Act (H.R. 5566) to include protection for all animals from being crushed to death.

The Animal Crush Video Prohibition Act (H.R. 5566) signed by president Obama on December 2010 criminalizes intentional acts of extreme animal cruelty, such as the intentional crushing, burning, drowning, suffocating, or impaling of animals for "no socially redeeming purpose" over the internet. They've also deemed that "Certain extreme acts of animal cruelty appeal to a specific sexual fetish. These acts of extreme animal cruelty are videotaped, and the resulting video tapes are commonly referred to as animal crush videos." However, congress stated that only mammals, birds, reptiles, and amphibians are protected under this act. This means that mollusks, invertebrates, and fish are needlessly crushed to death for prurient purposes. Illegality of all animals under this act is is ethical.
