Amend Art I Sec 3 of the US Constitution to provide that members of the Senate be limited to 1 term.

Section 1. Article I Section 3 of the US Constitution shall be amended to provide that no person shall be elected to the office of Senator more than once and no person who has held the office of Senator, or acted as Senator, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected, shall be eligible for further election to the office of Senator.

Section 2. Provide for exemption of current office-holders.

Section 3. Provide for ratification by states.
