In a country where we are required to purchase INSURANCE for everything but the toilet seat, WE MUST DEMAND the purchase of, and proof of INSURANCE against the NEGLIGENCE or MISUSE of, or ABUSE for EVERY SINGLE GUN a PERSON chooses to "Own".
Most of the people dying from the horrible TRAVESTY and "protection" of a "Constitutional Right" to "Bear Arms" are the Spouses, and Children of Gun-owners. Over 50% of the U.S. Homicide Rate, which is 7X that of any other "developed" nation for starters- is the homicides occuring within OUR OWN FAMILIES-those killed, classified as victims of "Domestic Violence". The other half whose lose their lives every day simply because of how EASY it is not to be ACCOUNTABLE or LIABLE for ONE'S GUN- "falling" into WRONG hands?
WE MUST PAY FOR THIS "RIGHT"!
