Amend the Citizenship Clause of the 14th Amendment.

It would benefit this great country immensely, if every newborn had parents that were actual citizens of this country. American citizenship is a privilege not a right. People from other countries come over to the United States of America to give birth and gain citizenship for their baby, often times it is done so illegally. There are some citizens of this country that have condoned this activity, they have hosted those people and helped them have their babies here in return they get to make thousands of dollars. They are selling American Citizenship. I believe that every newborn child should have at least one parent that is a citizen of this country before citizenship can be granted to the baby. This would make the USA a better and safer place to live.
