To amend the Communications Decency Act based on awareness to crimes of cyber-bullying

Created by B.F. on August 26, 2014

We request to amend the CDA( Communications Decency Act) That once the internet provider has been notified and received evidence of cyber-stalking, cyber-bullying and harassment they must be given a certain amount of days to remove the material or be held criminally liable for allowing criminal activity and ignoring the laws.

Cyber-bullying gets much of its power from anonymity. A cyber-bully will design a web site for.assassination to one's character.. Some forms of cyber-stalking and cyber-bullying have shown an association to hate groups, which have legal ramifications for stalking and harassment. The laws are very clear and these hate groups are criminally charged for any crimes related to hate crimes. www.americansperception.com
