The Senate and House gets very lopsided in Industry Representation. When there are too many Bankers in one or both branches, then bankers have too much control. Today there are way too many lawyers in our Government. To the extent our legal industry has swelled over the years, our Government and "deficit" has swelled. In 1960 there was 1 lawyer per 627 Americans. In 2010 there was 1 lawyer per 252 Americans. As it stands now, the Supreme Court, Senate, Presidency, Vice Presidency and most other major appointed positions are monopolized by Lawyers. This is contrary to what our founding fathers intended when they divided our government into three branches so as to provide "checks and balances". America DESERVES "balanced" Industry Representation with an imposed quota for each branch.
