amend the Constitution to allow for all foreign born American citizens to be elected President.

Created by J.D. on November 25, 2013

There are currently 45,785,090 foreign born citizens in the United States, but according to the Constitution "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

How is it fair that millions of proud, knowledgeable, American citizens get held back for a reason that they cannot control? Is a rule like that not racist? Does this rule not discriminate against nearly 46 million immigrants? The US is supposed to be a country where all its citizens are treated equally. Yet because of this outdated rule, some Americans cannot reach the same level of power as others. We are the people, and we can fight to end this. Sign this petition now to end this injustice.
