Recently we have seen major pushes from Microsoft to force users to essentially put a camera and micro phone in your home and are now expanding this device for television.
We the people request that the standard of privacy be extended to limit corporations ability to gather any data unless expressly permitted by the end user.
Terms of service agreements would not be able to override a persons individuals rights. Collective rights can not over rule individuals rights to privacy.
Accessing technology should not mean the loss of privacy. Just because I use a computer, gaming device or cell phone it is assumed it is hidden and cannot be seen with out something tapping the data. Just because it lands at a company does not mean they should be able to see what my habits are.
