Amend the Constitution: Block Federal Powers from overturning or creating a law that is backed by the majority of voters

This Amendment to the Constitution of The United States would specifically deny The Supreme Court, Congress, The Senate, or President the ability to overturn any law or referendum passed or blocked by a majority of votes. It would also disallow The Supreme Court, Congress, The Senate, or The President from passing any law that would go against the majority of public opinion, either nationally, or in a specific state or locality. This Amendment would also require that any such law that may be unfavorable to the majority of the public be voted on publicly, and ensure that ample advance notice and all pertinent information related to said law be made easily available to the voters. The Amendment is to ensure that the will of the majority (of public opinion) is never again trampled on.
