The Supreme Court ruling in Citizens United v Federal Election Commission that 'corporations' as 'persons' have First Amendment rights especially the right to donate money for political campaigns. This effectively has destroyed democracy in America. It is no longer one person, one vote but rather one dollar, one vote. The Obama administration needs to begin the process of amending the constitution to specifically state that legal fictions such as corporations and trusts do not share the same rights as living human beings, specifically first 10 amendments to the constitution known as the bill of rights.
