States that have Republican Controlled Legislatures are proposing legislation to rig Presidential Elections by "Gerrymandering" the Electoral College in their favor in Swing States. This underhanded legislation is already up for a vote in Virginia and is being considered in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Ohio.

This must be stopped as it will take away the Democratic process of the Popular Vote in Presidential Elections.

Amend the Constitution to eliminate the Electoral College, thus streamlining the Presidential Election process to protect the concept of One Person, One Vote. This action would terminate the current GOP ambition of "Gerrymandering" the Electoral College on the State L
