The People of the United States need to have equal access to fact based information when attempting to become informed about issues that affect them in daily life. The Constitution needs to be amended to force news corporations, like Fox, to use and promote fact based information that can not be managed by lawyers and corporations like the Monsanto case in the 1990's or the BP Gulf Oil Spill. The people need to be properly informed about the issues that affect them directly, and not be misled by corporate profit. Canada has already issued such policy and therefore creates precedent.
