Amend constitution to get corporations and money out of politics

Money shall not be considered speech and corporations shall not be considered people for the purposes of speech.The only people allowed to influence an election are those who are entitled to vote in that election, minors who would otherwise be entitled if they had been in their majority and advocacy groups as hereinafter provided. Individuals allowed to influence an election may donate their personal time, money, or goods to any candidates or issues that they are allowed to influence as well as advocacy groups for these candidates and issues. The maximum total value of goods and cash money that may be donated or paid by an eligible individual to any single candidate or advocacy group will be 1/10 of 1% of the previous year’s median income in the U.S. as determined by the Census Bureau.
