We call on the President to orchestrate Constitutional Conventions to amend the Constitution.
Proposed:
All House and Senate responsibilities related to Advice and Consent with respect to Executive action, including, but not limited to those prescribed in Article 2 Section 2 of this Constitution, are henceforth considered abdicated if the relevant body or bodies has neither confirmed nor rejected the action prior to the expiration date prescribed herein. In cases of such abdication, the Executive action is confirmed and no further approval of the House or Senate is required.
For Executive nominations and appointments, expiry shall occur 60 days subsequent to the nomination or appointment. For all other actions, expiry shall occur 180 days subsequent to the nomination or appointment.
