Amend the constitution to give power of income taxation to popular vote.

Created by C.P. on June 28, 2014

Income tax rate at each bracket would be set at regular intervals (2yr) by compulsory democratic vote, much like election of the presidency. The same agencies and bodies of government will determine the costs of government, and the responsibility to pay for said deficits would be on the people. A simple application could be constructed that subtracted from total spending. Each citizen would have to allocate tax rates to each tax interval. With quantity of people that make each income, a simple algorithm can calculate the effect and a slider bar could be used at each interval to maintain a balanced budget. The yearly gross income (investment capitol included) intervals would be; every 10k from 1k to 100k, every 100k from 100k to 1 mil. every 1 mil to 10 mil. Every 10 mil. to 100 mil, etc
