Amend the Constitution to include a Right to the Truth

Created by D.E. on January 30, 2015

In a Democracy, a citizen's need to know the truth is just as important as the need to bear arms. Perhaps, more so.

We request that the U.S. Constitution be amended to protect this right. The proposed language of the amendment would follow that of the 2nd Amendment, to wit:

"A well informed populace, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to know the truth, shall not be infringed."
