The constitution will be amended to allow, legalize, and protect same sex marriage in every state and U.S. territory and afford these persons the same rights and benefits of heterosexual marriages.
Obtaining equality for same sex couples should not be a state by state battle. It should not be in the state's power to discriminate against any person.
