Amend the Constitution to Make gun ownership a Right

Amendment 28:

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

The purpose of this amendment is to articulate that an armed society is a free society, and that it is an individual right to keep and bear arms.
