We should have the right to enjoy our freedoms and to mourn our loved ones, publicly, in peace without someones freedom of speech impeding on them.
This goes beyond the despicable antics of the westboro baptist church (though arguably they shouldn't even be protected under free speech since half their opinions are made on behalf of God, not themselves).
Simply put, we should have the right to mourn and celebrate in peace. I believe these rights should be protected under the constitution whether it be a funeral or a wedding or a birthday party.
What good is being free if people are bullied into privacy?
