Things have changed since 1791 people and there really is not a need for "bearing arms" or "creating militias".
When our country was new this was an important aspect that ensured that the people still had the power to unite and enforce their will in case the government started to become tyrannical or if the freedoms proposed in the rest of the document where somehow endangered.
I believe we are passed that... in our society guns are doing more harm than good. We don't need them. Revoke all access, make them all illegal.
