To amend the Constitution, replacing the "college of electors" with a national popular vote for Presidental election.

Created by C.H. on November 12, 2012

The current process of electing the President and Vice President through the Electoral College needs to be amended. Instead, a national popular vote should be implemented as the means for this election. The popular vote allows for every, single vote by an eligible voter in America to count towards the election of the President and Vice President. The imbalance of state allocations of electoral votes is not a true representation of the total votes cast.
