Amend the Constitution to require fairness in government and industry

Created by B.B. on November 01, 2011

We have controversial laws against many things, marijuana, for example. Meanwhile tobacco kills hundreds of thousands of people each year, alcohol kills tens of thousands, etc...

What's special about tobacco and alcohol other than they have big-money to defend them? They are both damaging and addictive. Our society, our faith in goverment, is diminished each time the rules are obviously unfair. There can come a point at which the ordinary man has no reason to play by the rules.

Why is it that racial discrimination is unfair and illegal, but financial discrimination (captial gains taxed at low rates) is legal and fair?

A fair deal is fair to everyone - including those not currently in power, nor currently wealthy.
