Amend the constitution so all laws, past, present & future apply to all Americans, including all politicians

Create an Amendment to the US Constitution that will make all laws, past, present and future to apply equally without exception or loophole for all Americans to include:

1. All Congress Representitives
2. All Senators
3. The President
4. All Federal employees
5. Every citizen.
