Amend the Constitution for terms of office, raises and retirement for Congress

The Constitution shall be amended as follows: Members of Congress shall be required to serve at least 15 years in Office before receiving a federal retirement and the retirement scale shall be based of the military retirement program. Any pay or benefit raises must be approved by a public majority vote. Any member of Congress that are incarcerated for more than 60 Days or who commit an act that is an embarrassment to the county shall loose their retirement permanently (no Grandfather clause). Congress shall be required to reduce their pay and benefits prior to asking the American people to suffer reduces in any benefits or entitlements.
