AMEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES SO AS TO ESTABLISH QUALIFICATION FOR THE JUSTICES OF THE US SUPREME COURT.

This petition calls for amending the Constitution of the United States so as to establish clear qualifications for the members of the US Supreme Court. Prior to being nominated by the President, a nominee for justice must possess the following qualifications: (1) He/She must possess a Juris Doctorate from an appropriate accredited school or university. (2) He/She must have served as least one full term as a member of a State Supreme Court or served as a Justice of the US Appellate Court for at least 5-years prior to nomination. (3) Must not be in arrears for any taxes to any local, state or federal government. To be Nominated for Chief Justice a nominee must have (1) served as a SC Justice of for at least 2-years prior to nomination or a State Supreme Court Chief Justice for 5-yrs .
