To amend the DMCA so that frivolous take down orders stop or at least are punished if found to be trivial.

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act has flaws, while we do not want it to be toughened we instead want the Act to be reformed.

Trivial take downs like the one of the Popular Forum Spacebattles due to the Image of an Image Macro of a Toucan being posted are destructive and damaging.

We do not want a SOPA style bill, we instead want a bill that protects online users and sites instead of limiting online freedom.
