Equal Employment Opportunity laws include factors such as sex, race, religion, and age as illegal for employers to discriminate against. These laws should be amended to include factors such as body modifications, hairstyle, style of dress, and body type in the laws. Employers often discriminate right on the spot during interviews over how a person looks as not what the employer would like. Just because a person looks one way, does not mean they wouldn't be an asset to the employer. Employers should choose an employee based on qualifications and answering questions during the interview. Discrimination on appearance should be illegal.
