The Electoral College is a good thing, but needs to be amended. A vote in Connecticut is not equal to a vote in Florida. Americans have lost faith in their election process.
We need to get rid of the "winner take all" system.
Solution:
If a Presidential Candidate wins a Congressional District, they win one electoral vote.
If a Presidential Candidate wins the vote in the state, they win two electoral votes.
