This petition is to amend the Federal Alcohol Administration Act (27 U.S.C., Chapter 8) to include a limit legally allowed to be distilled at home for personal use. This limit would allow hobbyist to learn and create different distilled beverages as well as open the market for smaller micro distilleries and release the monopoly that larger distilleries have on the liquor market.
