Amend the Federal Reserve Act (1) to require the Federal Reserve Board to stop monetizing government debt through its buying and selling of U.S. Treasury securities, (2) to begin re-activating its discount mechanism to encourage private sector growth linked to expanded ownership opportunities for all Americans, and (3) to provide a lifetime ownership share in each regional Federal Reserve bank to every citizen as a fundamental right of citizenship.
This petition advocates creating new owners of future productive capital investment in businesses simultaneously with the growth of the economy and thereby broaden private, individual ownership of America's future capital wealth.
