Amend the healthcare bill to make the acquirement of health insurance voluntary.

Created by L.Y. on February 08, 2015

Forced health insurance is unconstitutional. The healthcare bill hurts the lower-to-mid middle class. There is not enough assistance for health insurance for this class, and it is not affordable on their own.

Instead of making health insurance a requirement, more regulations should be placed on the health insurance companies themselves. It needs to be more affordable for the average person. And if it's not affordable, they shouldn't have to pay a fee to the gov at the end of the year for not getting health insurance.

This is all completely unconstitutional. Why does the government get money if someone doesn't buy health insurance? It makes no sense.

Please amend the healthcare bill so that acquiring health insurance is voluntary. Make no fee for those who don't get health insurance.
