Amend the Hire at Will law give equal balance of common fairness on the side of the "unprotected" worker.

Created by M.G. on June 06, 2013

The Hire/Fire at Will law leaves no power to the worker who is not under a protected class. It does not have a sense of fairness, common decency or respect for the American worker. If you are not in the lucky group of protected workers (sex, race), you are alone, and powerless. Employers and the task masters they hire have all the power. If they just feel like booting you out then out you go. They do not even have to give you a reason. This is not the American way.... is it? Workers who are not in a union because business has driven them out stand alone at the mercy of greedy, unethical tyrants. who demand overtime, and operate business in the spirit of fear steaing our dignity, pride and even free speech. There are more of us than of them.
