For the Obama administration to amend HR 3035 or any bill pertaining to the privacy of cell phone numbers from being accessed or called by telemarketers, whether they be automated or in person, to private or business cell phones.
By allowing telemarketers to contact people on their cell phones they cost time, cell minutes and affect people emotionally/mentally. It also makes people more susceptible to scams.
