Amend immigration law to clearly address committing fraud/misrepresentation to obtain, Medicaid, Food Stamps, Housing or any public benefit for yourself or others, to include family members, makes an alien inadmissible for a period of five years i.e., you live in Mexico and state you live in Texas to get Medicaid or food stamps. In addition, the alien must repay any benefit that was obtained by fraud or pay a $1,000 fine which ever is greater. Currently, there is no penalty if you overstay a tourist visa. Aliens who overstay there visas should pay a progressive fine based on how long they overstayed their visa before they get any immigration benefit. This money should be funneled for an alien exit system for the US and resources for US ports of entry where tourists are admitted.
