Any alien individual married to a US citizen shall be provided Legal Permanent Resident (LPR) status under US Immigration laws. Such satus shall be extended to any child of the alien mother/father if such child was under 18 years of age as of the date of the marriage bstween the U.S. citizen and the alien.
