Amend the law that allows a half-blood aunt/uncle to have sexual relations with a niece/nephew.

Due to current laws in place, uncles/aunts of half blood relation to a person can have sexual relations with them.
In accordance with PA laws, it is illegal for a parent/child sexual relationship, brother/sister (including half brother/half sister) sexual relationship, and aunt/uncle with niece/nephew sexual relationship. It is also illegal for these relations to marry.
However, there is a loop-hole that allows half-blood aunts/uncles to have sexual relations with their half-blood nieces/nephews.
This petition is in place to amend the specifics of that law, and INCLUDE that half-blood sexual relations and marriages also be illegal.
