Amend the law so that anyone convicted of (or simply involved in) kidnapping and sexually abusing someone for a minimum of 48 hours (from the time of abduction to the time when the victims are in the hands of the police):
- is subject to the death penalty
- has all his assets sold straight away with all the revenue generated from it going to the victim(s) (assets such as money in the bank and shares, as well as non-financial such as house and car)
Death penalty might seem strong but, in recession, taxpayers should not pay for this type of criminal to finish his/her days in jail with free food, free accommodation, free healthcare, free gym, free TV and so on while honest citizens are struggling
This is relevant to the three girls kidnapped and raped over a decade in Cleveland
