A petition to amend the law that allows the federal government to kill an American citizen without due process to include the following requirements :
1) This law expires whenever any President's term ends, regardless of how it ends.
2)Congress must vote to re-instate this law after a President's nomination but before he takes office or starts a consecutive (or non consecutive) term.
2)Congress can revoke this law at any time and voting on this will take priority over any other scheduled event.
