We do not want to take away anybody's rights to firearm ownership, but we do want to change the ways of firearm ownership as follows:
Anyone who wishes to purchase/own/use a firearm must do the following:
1. Must apply for a firearm permit for training.
2. Must comlete 500 hours of firearms training in an approved facility.
3. Must take/pass a test of knowledge and a test of mental health state to recieve your firearms' license.
4. MUST REGISTER AND INSURE YOUR FIREARM. Any firearm not registered and insured can and will be confiscated.
We should incorporate the same rules to gun users/owners as we do to vehicle users/owners.
