Art. 2, Sec. 1 of the Constitution shall be amended to change the minimum age required to be President from 35 to 50. At the time of original adoption of the Constitution, ife expectancy was 35. Life expectancy today is almost 80, yet the 35 yr old requirement has not changed. Does anyone really expect a 35 year old can be elected today? 35 is much too young to lead the richest, most powerful country on earth. Too young to lead the democratic world. Too young to make daily decisions of life and death, war and peace. A 35 year old person is much too inexperienced, has little wisdom or patience, or sense of history. History has shown a too young leader in today's world results in mistakes, unprofessional behavior & decisions. Today's young leaders are no comparison to our young founders.
