amend the national "do not call" list to include political calls and charity calls, unless one "opts in" to receive them

Created by B.S. on February 17, 2012

People who sign the national "do not call" registry do not want to be bothered by "cold calls."

Political calls and charity calls are now exempted from this restriction.

People should have the right to block such calls.

Individuals may decide to allow such calls - they should have the option to "opt in." The choice should always belong to the recipient, not to the caller.
