amend the national labor relations act to support agricultural workers, because the ACSC and AFLCIO lockout situation.

Created by P.E. on November 15, 2011

The American jobs act needs to amend a legislation issue throughout the Farming bill to charge American crystal sugar company more money for sugar and subsidize the farmers more money So That Way, American crystal sugar company loses money and finally negotiates a fair contract with the AFL CIO union so that way more Americans get back to work instead of 900 workers back to 1300 workers and have a fair union contract and a better fair economy. THE PRESIDENT CAN 'POCKET-VETO' THEIR ACTIONS AND PUT THAT BACK UP FOR ACTION OR PRESSURE ACSC TO NEGOTIATE FAIRLY. If subsidizing the beet farmers is too much, then we need to consider the state of ND to be a closed to work state, so the union has more rights.
