Amend the current national voting laws by requiring the dipping of the first digit available from left to right on the right hand into purple dye when voting. If the right hand is missing then use the first finger available on the left hand starting with the first digit from right to left.
The first digit available as defined in the aforementioned paragraph shall be dipped until the second knuckle in permanent purple dye that is only visible under a black light. All polling stations shall be required to verify the voter has not voted by viewing the correct digit under a black light for the lack of evidence of the digit being dipped before being allowed to vote. The dye shall last no longer than 2 weeks.
