If no decision is made by April 16th, 2013, the "No Budget No Pay Act of 2013" will place funds of the undecided body into escrow account(s). I thought this was a good idea when I started reading into it. However, I feel the act should be amended to redistribute any funds still in any account(s) by Jan, 2015 back to the federal treasury.
This would motivate congress to adopt a resolution, or at least put the money back into what needs it the most.
If a cable installer doesn't install your cable, they don't get paid. If a delivery guy doesn't make deliveries, he won't hold his job for long.. Only in congress can you be a top earner for doing nothing. This must stop. Won't you please help?
