On the outside, this law may look beneficial, but in reality it is an unreasonable law. Recently in the news they have revealed a cheating scandal in Atlanta, Georgia. These desperate teachers did this because they require you to improve your results every year (what happens after 12 years). If the STUDENTS don't do well the TEACHERS and SCHOOL DISTRICT get punished (by the fourth year of bad scores they could get fired).
WE want the Obama administration to amend OUR flawed education system.
