We petiton the Obama Administration to amend 'No Child Left Behind', we think it should be changed to where if you fail, because you are too lazy to do your work, or don't care enough to pass, that you fail. I think that if you can't mentally understand, that's ok, that's different, but like I said, if you're too lazy, or frankly just don't care, then you should not be applicable, you are a menace to society and it's people like you who are bringing America down.
