Amend Obama-Care for Senior Citizens

Created by L.M. on March 23, 2014

Please amend Obama-care for Senior Citizens across the board. People 65 and older should not have to pay for ER visits with their private insurance, if they are already covered by Medi-care. For instance, my dad, Oscar Michael, 76, got billed by the local hospital $50 for an ER visit through Horizon Blue-Cross Blue-Shield of New Jersey for a skin-infection that he has been taking care of. In other states, such as Connecticut, the costs are higher. And in some countries like Canada, it costs sometimes per hour same in South Korea and Japan when it comes to major and minor surgeries. Strongly considering lowering health-insurance rates for Senior Citizens and it can open-up more for the future. Thank you.
