Acknowledge the payee contribution as a true expenditure and not as mere disposable income and vice versa the recipient. Set federal guidelines to encompass all states and providences to adhere to. Take into account real life dollars and "sense". Why should all be subject to increased costs and expenditures at an expential yearly rate and these outdated laws are continued to be utilized as process! Amend the process with real life common sense and not jurisdictional bureaucracy!
