Amend our Constitution to guarantee full care for Veterans and not depend upon a moral obligation that has not been kept

The "Promise of Sacred Trust" has been tossed around disingenuously by special interests in and out of the VA and Veterans are dying at the rate of one an hour. The VA Cabinet budget is 2nd largest and it will not be able to be justified as Veterans go the way of the cowboy. Special interests are focused on a hostile takeover and Veterans will suffer from the "circling buzzards" or from the "feeding frenzy". Support creating a Constitutional guarantee that combat Veterans will be given the highest quality health care until the last Veteran is standing. This way, the "Promise of Sacred Trust" will be kept in tact, as expressed by President Abraham Lincoln. "Times change, values don't"
